Why Do You Have A "Final Sale" Policy For Most Items?
All our bags are in pristine, never carried condition similar to having purchased them direct from the boutique. While in our possession, these items are carefully maintained in a temperature controlled environment and in their original boxes. They are only taken out for inspection, photography and packing and protective gloves are worn at every step. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item appears to have been used.
